5. FEES AND PAYMENTS

  • Administrative and closing fees

5.2 Payment Terms

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, INCOME, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
